Munich Marathon
Last weekend we ticked off another IFE on Tour; this time in Munich, where we had athletes running the marathon, half marathon and 10km. Like any race, the goals across our runners was different for each individual. Some running for the first time in another country, some racing for completion, some chasing a PB, and some simply wanting a weekend out of Dubai.
There is a certain level of stress and of course excitement that comes from racing overseas. From the foreign language to the race route that is unknown. Nothing seems familiar. Apart from one thing of course, your teammates at InnerFight Endurance. This is the power of the pack on a whole new level.
We stay in the same area, host a shake-out run, have coffees, group dinners, and of course deliver a group warm-up for you on race morning. This level of familiarity helps our runners navigate the unknown, embrace the challenge and sets them up for success.
We are very proud of each of the runners that we had in Munich, and we are looking forward to the next IFE on Tour in April 2025 in Cape Town for Two Oceans.

The focus is on head-shoulder mobility, and we will work on establishing a more stable position. Or if you can’t get into the overhead squat, the fundamentals you need to gain the position.
